Our products

We do not accept responsibility for misuse of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with discretion and according to the directions and warnings on our website and labelling.

 We do not accept responsibility for damage or defect of goods arising from incorrect storage or use by the customer. 

We accept no liability for loss or consequential damage arising from the goods supplied. 

Please be aware that some of our products are made with 100% natural ingredients and needed to be treated with care, keep out of direct sunlight or heat, a cool dry place is always optimum.


Information provided to our customers is for information purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, prescribe or replace professional advice. If the customer has a medical complaint, it is the customer’s responsibility to seek advice about contraindications & drug interactions. 

All representations relating to purpose of use are excluded to the full extent permitted by law and we accept no liability.

All our products have passed through rigorous quality control before dispatch to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for deterioration of the products due to the customer's incorrect storage conditions i.e., exposure to direct sunlight etc.

 The customer should ensure that the products are kept in hygienic conditions, to minimise the risk of deterioration in the product resulting from external contamination. 

How should essential oils be stored?

Essential oils come with a use by date on them and they should be stored in a cool and secure location.  They should be kept out of reach of children at all times and should not be ingested.


All our products have undergone detailed testing this is always done on human participants. 

None of the products we stock are TESTED ON ANIMALS.

 ALL formulations have been tested and inspected by an EU registered body to ensure they are safe for use on the skin and all products are registered on the CPDP EU registered portal with is a legal requirement under the EU cosmetic laws of 2013.

While every effort is made to accurately describe products and illustrate them with their associated images, many are hand made, so there may be slight variation in product colour, packaging design or specification. 

We endeavour to make sure pricing is correct at time of printing, but reserve the right to change prices due to error or supplier changes. The customer will be informed of price changes before ordering.


Our website

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of material on this website. 

We may make changes to the material on this website at any time and without notice. 

The material on this website may be out of date, or on rare occasions incorrect. we endeavour to have the correct information at all times but occasionally human error does occur. If you notice a problem or incorrect information please contact us and we will ensure that it is corrected as soon as we can.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time. Please get in touch if you notice a problem, we really do appreciate your support.

This Website may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible we will try to give our visitors advance warning of maintenance issues but shall not be obliged to do so.


Complaints


We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.


Payment, postage and packaging

Our prices are in pounds sterling and will be charged as so. The prices do not include postage and packaging; this will be added in before final payment.

 We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

Payment for products is through secure external payment with Pay Pal and Square. You can pay with a range of card types and all data provided for payment is handled externally via PayPal and Square's secure servers. We do not store any credit or debit card information on our servers. 

If you experience any problems when using our payment systems please get in touch. 

Payments can always be made over the phone with one of our team members 


All orders of £50 and over will be delivered for free.



All delivery options are confirmed deliveries with proof of delivery and will need to be signed for.


Returns


If you wish to return the goods ordered, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We have the right to refund returned goods within 28 days. 

We must be notified of incorrect or damaged orders within 3 days of receipt. 

Any damaged goods will be replaced by us, we may ask for photographic evidence to allow us to claim back this cost from Royal Mail or Hermes.

 If you cancel an order after dispatch, this will incur a 10% surcharge. 

All return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Goods can not be returned once opened and used. for a full refund we ask that goods are returned in the condition we sent them out unless damage in transit has occurred.


If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement. 

We do not accept responsibility for parcels that have had an attempted delivery but were not collected by the customer with in the two week period before they are returned to us the sender. 


If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undelivered through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a re-delivery cost equivalent to the cost of re-delivery + a 20% administration fee.

 Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid re-delivery costs.
